last time i stayed in seattle, it was a so-so experience, but this time at crowne plaza blew me away. the room was huge and cozy, and the view of the bustling downtown really set the mood. the friendly staff provided excellent service, making my stay super enjoyable.

Despite these issues, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown Seattle. I'll consider returning, but I hope they fix the elevator problems.
