The hotel offers a fantastic location near downtown with spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, the elevator system is quite frustrating, leading to long waits and overcrowding. Service at the restaurant could be improved as we faced delays during breakfast.

The room was so spacious and clean that it felt like I was living in a TV show where every episode revolves around stylish living. The view of downtown was stunning. it was like having a front-row seat to a city masterpiece! Also, the staff was friendlier than a puppy at a pet adoption event, always ready to help.

Our room was spacious and ready early—thank you very much! The texting service was quite nifty, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during my stay.
But, my dear, that elevator was like waiting for a royal appointment—never seemed to arrive! And the parking charges? More like a cruel joke, I must say.

missingWrote a review on Oct 20comfy roomfriendly staffelevator delayparking costventilation issue
I loved the comfy bed in my Standard King Room. The view from the window was fantastic, giving me a great glimpse of the city. The staff welcomed me with friendly smiles, making check-in easy. I appreciated the well-stocked mini shop on-site for late-night snacks. However, the elevator situation was frustrating. Only one elevator worked during my stay, forcing a long wait. The bathroom ventilation could improve, as it fogged up quickly after a shower. Parking fees were steep, adding extra costs to my trip. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown Seattle. I'll consider returning, but I hope they fix the elevator problems.
